Summary
I’m excited to offer this opportunity to a forward thinking and proactiveRegistered Dieticianon the HCPC registerto join the team within a community setting on a Bank term basis, from 1stAugust 2025 – 31stMarch 2026 (8 months).
This role is part time 0.5 WTE (2.5 days per week).
This role is ideal for a candidate that has wide ranging experience previously at either a band 6 or band 7.

You will be working as an autonomous practitioner, will have excellent dietetic assessment skills and be able to create dietetic interventions that are linked to the wider MDT care plans and personalised goals.
You will be involved in developing care pathways, will work closely with the MDT to improve Service User care and experience and lead on service improvement projects as required.
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use different approaches flexibly to meet the needs of our Service Users and promote inclusivity and engagement. The caseload can be challenging but as an integral member of the MDT, a full team approach is always adopted.
You willcarry out domiciliary visits in people’s homes, day opportunity centres, educational establishments and other venues when required. In addition, you will undertake joint and independent risk assessments for all cases on caseload (as/or required)
