Summary
The Cake Crew are looking for an experienced hygiene supervisor to join the team. The role is a day shift position working 6am - 6pm on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern at our site in Bala, North Wales.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a production factory environment within a hygiene function and experience of leading a small team.
You will be flexible, have a good attention to detail be able to manage a physically demanding role, have a hands on approach and a willingness to get involved and support the team.
You will manage the day to day admin for your team, including holiday sign off, return to work interviews, appraisals and probationary reviews.
