Would you like to join our fantastic team at our impressive Mote Park Outdoor Adventure, as part of Maidstone Leisure trust?
We are currently recruiting for a number of Adventure Rangers to work casual hours at weekends and school holidays seasonally between July and September 2025 with training taking place 7th to 9th July. There will be other opportunities outside of this with group bookings and within Maidstone Leisure Trust at Maidstone Leisure Centre.
You will be the face and the first point of contact for our Outdoor Adventure, making sure our customers have a safe, enjoyable, and adventurous experience.
As the Adventure Ranger, you will deliver a variety of activities and sessions across our fun and fantastic outdoor adventure course which includes Sky Trail, Climbing Wall, Segway Terrain, Dino Golf and meeting and greeting guests in the reception area
You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities.
We share your passion for leisure, and we will offer a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities and free membership to the facility.
About you
To be considered for this exciting role you must be available to work weekends and school holidays. Candidates who have previously worked in a similar position or have experience delivering activities or customer service to varied group sizes would be ideal, however we will consider candidates that do not have this experience as long as you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and can provide outstanding customer service.
You will be a team player, happy to support colleagues whenever necessary, able to work well under pressure and with a positive outlook and attitude.
Due to the varied nature of activities on offer we do require that any applicants are 18+ and are comfortable working with heights.
