Summary
Please see job pack attached for full application details. We operate personal lists to ensure continuity of care and provide a full list of enhanced services. We provide appointments on the day for patients who need to be seen and patients are able to book their routine appointments up to 4 weeks in advance. We dispense to 75% of our patients and provide a repeat prescription delivery service. This traditional, yet pro-active and professional approach to the provision of primary care service, has helped us to provide additional services for our patients. We are paper light, using EMIS Web, Docman 10, AccuRX, active workflow management and Microsoft Office programmes. Surgery core hours are 8am to 6.30pm. We operate Wednesday evenings in Enhanced Access until 8pm. There is no requirement for OOHs, although sessions are available locally.
