Loader / Picker
Pay: £13.17 per hour
Location: Hereford
37.5 hours per week
Five shifts between Sunday and Friday
Day shifts: 09:00 – 17:00
Join our team in Hereford as a Loader / Picker and become an essential part of our fast-paced distribution network. In this physically active role, you’ll work in a temperature-controlled environment to ensure accurate and timely preparation and dispatch of customer orders.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Picking and rotating stock accurately to meet customer orders
• Replenishing stock and maintaining a clean, safe workspace
• Loading and securing orders onto delivery vehicles
• Adhering to food hygiene and safety standards
What We’re Looking For

• Are detail-oriented with a proactive approach
• Have strong communication skills
• Can thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Are comfortable working under pressure
• Have previous warehouse or food production experience (preferred, not essential)
