Summary
The post requires a thorough knowledge of the work of a Maintenance Officer which includes specialist areas related to buildings and ground maintenance. Ensuring the premises and buildings are kept in a safe and clean condition. Understanding and supporting the needs of our tenants. This supports the needs of the business to deliver the core objectives of Creative Youth Network.
