Summary
In addition to leading and overseeing a group of retail associates, the supervisor's duties also include enforcing corporate policies, guiding employees to attain sales goals, making sure the store is presented to standards, and teaching employees to provide exceptional customer service. In addition, they have to handle customer complaints and questions, manage inventory, develop and execute merchandising strategies, analyze sales trends, and work with the store manager on events and promotional campaigns.
