Summary
We’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and experienced Operations Manager to help oversee daily cleaning operations while working hands-on with staff and clients.

• Lead and support cleaning teams on-site
• Manage staff scheduling and client communication
• Ensure top-quality service standards are met
• Handle stock control and equipment maintenance
• Work alongside cleaners when needed (hands-on role)
