About the Role As Operations Manager, you will: Oversee and coordinate all non-clinical teams and functions Maximise clinical and administrative service to ensure excellent patient experience Streamline workflows to ensure efficient and effective service delivery Lead on patient complaint resolution and support service improvements Take the lead on patient complaints Line manage reception and administrative staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture Provide first point of support for GPs Ensure compliance with CQC and NHS standards Support the delivery of digital access solutions and new ways of working Contribute to financial planning, resource management, and procurement
