Key qualities for successful teachers, including:

✔ Strong classroom and behaviour management skills to create a positive learning environment
✔ Right to work in the UK (essential)
✔ DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through Hays
✔ Ability to manage groups of children and cope with challenging behaviour
