We’re excited to offerfull-time opportunities (37.5 hours per week) for Assistant Support Workers at our vibrant supported living service in Hemel Hempstead.At Lord Alexander House, you’ll be part of a warm, dedicated team that empowers individuals with mental health needs to live independently in their own purpose-built flats. Located in the heart of town, close to shops and local amenities, our service offers 24-hour outreach and emergency phone support - ensuring tenants always feel safe and supported.As an Assistant Support Worker you will;Provide appropriate support to service users who are living in their own homes or in a supported housing setting to enable them to support their aspirations and maximise their independence.You will not be providing personal care but your role will involve promoting life skills such as shopping, managing budgets and supporting with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning.Build long lasting support relationships with people who will benefit from you "being the difference".Follow agreed support plans and risk assessments to ensure that we are providing a service that meets each individual’s needs.Need to have a full UK drivers licence.Use of a car for work purposes during shift.No Experience?
