Summary
Our client a leader in Filtration solutions and manufacturing is currently looking for a Production Operator to join their team based in the Alness for an immediate start working for a minimum 3 months however for the right person this could also lead to a permanent position.
Working Monday to Friday 38.75 hours per week, overtime would also be available at peak times paid at time and a half.
Main Duties (not limited to):
Operate and maintain various types of production machinery, ensuring optimal performance
Packing of materials ready for labelling/shipping
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Keep the work area clean and organised, following health and safety regulations
Qualifications
Previous experience in a production and or manufacturing environment is preferred
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills
