Summary
Hereford Mobile Repair Limited seeks a dedicated Mobile Repair Technician to join. This role will be pivotal in addressing the rising demand for its services across Herford, ensuring that every repair task is handled in a timely manner and to the highest standard of excellence.
Main duties include:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a range of mobile devices.
• Replace damaged or faulty parts with precision and care.
• Update clients on repair progress and provide an accurate estimate of completion.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest mobile technology trends, tools, and techniques.
• Work collaboratively with the management to share expertise and continuously refine our service offerings.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience as a mobile and electronics repair technician or similar role.
• Proficient knowledge of various mobile brands and operating systems.
• Technical aptitude and passion for staying updated with the electronics industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
