Summary
We’re currently undergoing recruitment for an Production Line Assistant to join our client in the Oswestry area.
Working hours are as follows:
This Week:
• Wednesday & Thursday
• 08:00 – 14:00
Next Week:
• Monday – Friday
• 08:00 – 16:00
Potential for the position to go full time for the right candidate!
• £12.21 per hour
Main roles and responsibilities:
• Monitor and sort potatoes on a moving conveyor belt
• Identify and remove any defective produce or unwanted materials
• Work efficiently to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with your team and communicate effectively with supervisors
• Keep your workstation clean and follow all health and safety guidelines
Skills and requirements:
• A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and team leaders
• Great attention to detail – spotting imperfections quickly and accurately
• Good physical fitness, coordination, and the ability to stand for extended periods
• Patience, focus, and the ability to stay calm and consistent under pressure
