Summary
The HICA Group has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated handy person to join the team at The Birches in Brigg.
The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.
Pay & Hours:
Rate of Pay: £12.22 per hour
Hours of Work: 20 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Working to a rota covering 7 days per week
The Role:
To carry out general inspections, repairs and maintenance of building fittings and fixtures according to the maintenance schedule
Undertake redecorating of all areas of the home (Internal and External)
Deep Cleaning of Kitchens and Kitchen Equipment and Serveries
Management of drainage systems
Upkeep of exterior of the Home in line with Health and Safety

The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
At The Birches, we offer both accommodation and tailored support for individuals living with learning disabilities and related support needs. Our facility features four accessible bungalows and two flats, providing a comfortable and welcoming home for up to 31 individuals aged 18 and above.
Our dedicated support team at The Birches works closely with each resident, ensuring that services are personalized to unlock their potential and enrich their lifestyles. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive, and our approach focuses on catering to the unique needs of each individual. The thoughtful design of our bungalows and flats fosters a warm and homely atmosphere, promoting a sense of belonging and community for all residents.
