Collaborating with architects, engineers, and finance teams, they assist in maintaining service reliability and cost efficiency in our cloud infrastructure.
You will work under the guidance of your technical peers, developing your understanding of our platforms, pipelines and automation approaches.
FinOps in DDaT is a key practice that ensures cloud investments drive maximum business value through financial accountability and data-driven decision-making. It fosters collaboration between engineering, finance, and business teams to increase cost visibility and optimize cloud spending without compromising performance.
As an Associate DevOps with FinOps, you will support cloud cost efficiency while contributing to operational resilience. Collaborating with SRE and Cloud Platform teams, you will assist in capacity planning, help optimize provisioning, and learn to embed financial accountability into reliability engineering workflows.
You will assist in using automation and observability tools to monitor cloud expenditure in real time, helping to identify inefficiencies and support cost-effective scaling strategies. Beyond direct cost optimization, you will contribute to financial awareness by learning and sharing FinOps best practices with engineers and supporting cost-conscious cloud infrastructure decisions.
