Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Salaried GP to join our friendly and forward-thinking team. The post holder will provide high-quality primary care services to our diverse patient population, working collaboratively within a well-supported clinical and administrative team.Key Responsibilities: Provide general medical services to registered patients in line with current best practice and GMC guidelines Manage acute and chronic medical conditions through consultations (face-to-face, telephone, and online) Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records Support the practice in achieving QOF, Enhanced Services, and other performance targets Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and continuous quality improvement activities Engage in CPD and professional development, including appraisals and revalidation Contribute to the training and supervision of junior staff, trainees, or medical students if appropriate Collaborate with the wider multi-disciplinary team including nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals
