Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national goals.

Coordinate and supervise offline ground promotion activities in Chinese communities, such as universities, Chinatowns, and local businesses.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with Chinese merchants, institutions, travel agents, and student organizations.

Train and motivate sales executives and ground promoters to optimise conversion and service quality.

Oversee social media and WeChat group promotion within the sales territory.

Provide regular sales performance reports and adjust strategies as needed.

Minimum 3–5 years of sales or team management experience, ideally in tourism, education, or Chinese community services.

Proven leadership and coaching skills in a multi-cultural, target-driven environment.

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is essential (spoken & written).

Strong network within local Chinese communities, universities, or businesses preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region and occasionally across the UK.

Legal right to work in the UK or eligible for UK work visa sponsorship.

What We Offer

Opportunity to lead a core role in a global travel project backed by Trip.com Group.

Competitive base salary + performance-based commissions and bonuses.
