Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals
• Supervise, motivate, and lead the retail team to ensure exceptional customer service
• Manage daily staff schedules and ensure efficient floor coverage
• Train new and existing team members in line with company policies
• Handle stock control, merchandising, and store presentation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping environment
About You:
• Previous retail or supervisory experience in Keystore is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a hands-on approach
• Organised, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a positive attitude
