We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a Graduate Accounts Assistant to join a welcoming and vibrant office near beautiful Loch Lomond. This is a 3-month temporary position, ideal for gaining hands-on experience, with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (35 hours per week)
What you'll be doing:
- Processing invoices and matching them with purchase orders
- Reconciling bank, supplier, and customer accounts
- Carrying out cash ups and credit card reconciliations
- Accurately inputting data into finance systems
- Assisting with accounts payable and payment runs
- Monitoring and responding to finance-related emails
- Supporting the Financial Controller with reporting tasks
- Pitching in with general office admin and ad hoc tasks
What we're looking for:
- A recent degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a similar field
- Ideally, some office or finance assistant experience (internships or part-time roles count!)
- Strong communication and numerical skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Proactive, organised, and ready to learn
