Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full-time Production Operative in a well-established operation in Grimsby, DN37 9TS.
Pay rates and typical working hours:
Standard Days: £12.53 p/h | Nights: £13.03 p/h | Overtime: £16.66 p/h
Following are the shift patterns in rotation
- Flexible shifts available
- 12 hours shifts
- Mornings: 06:00am until 18:00pm
- Nights: 18:00pm until 06:00am
- Weekend shifts available Days or Nights
What do we expect from you as a Production Operative:
- Have a Basic Food Safety Knowledge or Food Safety Level 2 (Cert)
- Be able to clearly communicate
- Good standard of written and spoken English, to be able to communicate with managers and colleagues, follow direction/requests and be able to read any written instructions clearly
- Respect at work: Respect your colleagues and managers (treat others how you wish to be treated) and adhere to the site code of conduct
- Respect company property
- Adhere to Food Safety rules, policies, and procedure
- Adhere to Health and Safety rules, policies, and procedures on site
- Report any near misses or hazards to your manager
- Protect yourself and protect others…see it, say it, report it!
- Ability to work under pressure
