Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint an effective teacher in the early stages of their career with up to date experience of planning, teaching and assessing, who shares our vision to enable, enrich and empower all children.
The successful candidate will:
• be self-motivated to develop professionally
• have the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with others, proactively contributing to the team
• be able to demonstrate their ability to meet the needs of all children and scaffold learning to ensure good progress is made
• be able to use assessment effectively to fully challenge and extend the learning of all children and be driven to overcome barriers for disadvantaged children
• be committed to motivating, inspiring and nurturing children in all aspects of their education
• be able to uphold our school ethos and values
• be active in all aspects of school life
