This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced admin assistant to join a passionate and supportive team, where your work directly contributes to improving the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of our services. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Responding to incoming calls and emails from clients, staff, families, and professionals, and directing them appropriately

Contacting care staff for availability and updating online schedules

Sending shift confirmations and rota updates to staff

Conducting daily check-ins to confirm staff attendance

Managing holiday requests and submitting them for approval

Supporting payroll processes

Scanning, filing, and uploading documentation to digital systems

Maintaining accurate records for staff and clients

Updating personnel and compliance information on internal databases

Ensuring GDPR and confidentiality standards are upheld

Handling general office tasks such as post, stationery, and correspondence

Assisting on training days by preparing materials and supporting facilitators

Helping prepare for audits and inspections

What We're Looking For
Essential:

Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems

Excellent communication, organisation, and administrative skills

A friendly, professional manner and strong attention to detail Previous experience in administration, reception, or customer service

Desirable:

Knowledge or experience in healthcare or social care
