What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who is pro-active and solution focused to provide executive support to the Trust Lead (CEO) and wider Executive Team. You will play a crucial role in supporting a wide variety of functions and contributing to the smooth operation of theexecutive office. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with influential leaders, managing a wide range of responsibilities and projects at strategic level to support the Trust’s mission and improve outcomes for all children.

This is an exciting and fast paced role that requires confident written and verbal communication skills, as well as sensitivity in relation to confidential matters. Our ideal candidate will be highly organised, have a sharp eye for detail and excellent IT skills, including thorough and current knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. You will be comfortable working towards and achieving sometimes pressured deadlines, good at prioritising and managing workload, and have a keen interest in using technology to improve processes and drive efficiency.

The role will include:

• Providing high quality, pro-active executive support to the Trust Lead and the Executive Team to support them to deliver the strategic priorities of the Trust.
• Managing complex schedules, organising diaries and appointments, and being responsible for the organisation of events, visits and conferences
• Preparing, editing and publishing documentation and reports, as well as supporting with Trust-wide projects and events
• Acting as the point of contact for the Executive Team, liaising as required with external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
• Monitor and maintain system for CPD bookings for the Trust, including managing bookings, accommodation and travel
