Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Vacancy

Location: Pollington-Balne CE (VA) Primary School

Contract: Permanent, 30hrs to be agreed + training days term time only

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our friendly and committed team. This exciting opportunity involves covering PPA, Leadership and Management time, and playing an active role in our Subject Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will:

Be based mainly at Pollington-Balne CE (VA) Primary School, with flexibility to work across our Federation,

Deliver high-quality teaching and learning, supporting pupils to achieve, aspire and become their best selves,

Be a team player with a genuine passion for education,

Uphold and model our Christian values of Forgiveness, Friendship, and Respect,

Contribute to our wonderful school community built on Achieving &Aspiring, Belonging & Becoming, Care &Community,

Share in our Federation vision of Growing Stronger Together.

Desirable training and experience include:

RWInc phonics,

First Aid,

Safeguarding,

A willingness to attend further training as required.
