As an HLTA, you will:
• Work closely with teachers to plan, deliver, and assess learning activities.
• Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups.
• Lead whole-class sessions in the absence of a teacher.
• Support pupils with diverse needs to achieve their full potential.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school.

• Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualifications.
• Have experience working in a primary/secondary school setting.
