Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking teachers who can:
• Demonstrate excellent classroom practice;
• Exercise flexibility in order to accommodate changes in work priorities;
• Provide contingencies to deal with the unexpected;
• Balance tasks and resources in the organisation of a wide range of activities;
• Think clearly and logically in working through a problem making referrals as appropriate procedures;
• Anticipate workload and plan ahead;
• Monitor progress against key performance indicators;
• Show an enthusiastic and positive attitude;
• Demonstrate awareness of the needs of children who have a variety of needs.
