An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Level 1 Administration Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team at Brimrod Community Primary School.

The key objectives of this role:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Headteacher and School Business Manager.
  • Act as a first point of contact for pupils, staff, parents and visitors appropriately.
  • Ensure security protocols are communicated and understood by all visitors at the school.
  • Maintain confidentiality when communicating with parents and visitors to the school.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is committed to completing work to a high standard
  • Has a willingness to learn and develop with the school
  • Is versatile and responsive to the ever changing requirements of a busy school - whilst being able to remain calm!
  • Is able to contribute effectively to the established school ethos
  • Is able to use a range of IT platforms to complete business and finance tasks
