What We Need:- Proven experience supporting children with SEN.
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and understanding of safeguarding.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Bonus: Relevant qualifications (e.g., TA L2/3), experience with Makaton/PECS, or behaviour management.
