As the friendly face of the 494 guest bedrooms, 6 Meeting and Events spaces, Illy Café and Florentine Restaurant and Bar at the stylish Park Plaza Waterloo London Hotel, ideally located just south of Westminster Bridge with spectacular views across London.

As our Breakfast Supervisor, you will receive:
- Salary: £14.46 per annum plus generous TRONC - Up to £15.50/hour (rate inclusive of TRONC)

We are looking for our Breakfast Supervisor, who:
- Completes tasks relevant to but not limited to the guest cycle in Breakfast Service (greeting guests, taking, preparing, and delivering orders promptly, upselling, managing the team, handling guest requests liaising with relevant teams to ensure guest satisfaction, and ensuring the business continuity through payment compliance)
- Inspires, coaches and mentor team members
- Can work early morning from 05:30 am on the Rota basis
- Fully flexible to support the hotel F&B (Restaurant and Bar) and other F&B-related operations whenever required

- Always leads by example
- Has worked previously as an F&B Supervisor/Head Waiter-Waitress or Breakfast Supervisor/Team Leader in a hotel environment
