Ensuring catering assistants are correctly supervised while maintaining standards of food quality and safety.To be successful in this role you will have:NVQ Level 2 or above in Catering or Supervisory Management or equivalent qualification or extensive recent experience in a large-scale catering environment as Kitchen Supervisor or equivalent level.Experience in the use of ICTThe Redhill Academy is part of Redhill Academy Trust.
