What you'll be doing

You will have the following accountabilities:

  • Admin support for BBLP SLT Directors and staff, supporting Personal Assistant with regular and ad hoc tasks, such as:
  • Travel bookings- Train, hotel, flights
  • External venue bookings
  • Arranging off-site meeting rooms/co-ordinating bookings
  • Manage the branded merchandise bookings
  • Producing name badges for events
  • Internal meeting room bookings and catering
  • Managing SLT Quality Leadership Site Visits
  • Scheduling visits, liaising with SLT members and Contract team
  • Managing The Belfry Golf booking system
  • Dealing with enquiries, bookings and confirmations
  • Managing the Directors Hotline
  • Scheduling the monthly hotline with SLT availability
  • Activating and deactivating the call forwarding each month
  • Procurement admin
  • Raising requisitions/PO, paying invoices, ordering PPE/stationery as required
  • Managing supplier payments for non-PO supplies & services using Pcard/Corporate Card
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Assist SLT Directors with compiling and submitting expense claims
  • Assist with the smooth running of Basingstoke office (checking post, stationery, kitchen supplies
    and other FM duties as required, liaising with FM Supervisor)
  • Assist Training Dept with scanning training cards and certificates
