Acorn by Synergie is advertising this vacancy on behalf of their well-established client based in Gloucester.

You will be working in a team as a Production Operative, where you'll help assemble and produce goods to high standards in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will be hands-on, mechanically minded, and detail driven.


Responsibilities:

* Build and assemble products using hand and power tools
* Keep machinery running smoothly with basic maintenance
* Maintain a tidy and safe work area
* Work with the team to hit daily production goals
* Check products meet quality standards
* Help manage materials and inventory

Skills:

* Good with tools and basic mechanical know-how
* Previous warehouse or production experience
* Sharp eye for detail and a team mindset
* Able to work independently when needed
