#Thrive is a dynamic, front-door service providing early emotional wellbeing support to children, young people and families across Heywood, Middleton & Rochdale (HMR). We’re part of a whole-system approach that puts access, prevention, and community connection at the heart of what we do.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Child and Young Person’s Wellbeing Practitioner (CYWP) to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified practitioner who is confident delivering brief, low-intensity, evidence-based interventions and thrives in creative, flexible, and community-driven environments.

• Deliver evidence-based guided self-help for children and young people with mild to moderate emotional and mental health difficulties.
• Support young people and families through 1:1 sessions, group work, and drop-in conversations
• Co-deliver workshops and psychoeducation in various settings including #Thrive and community settings
• Work collaboratively with professionals across education, health, social care, and voluntary services.
• Promote mental health literacy and empower young people to build resilience and self-management skills
• Be part of a compassionate, skilled multi-disciplinary team focused on accessible, trauma-informed care.
