Summary
The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Mobile Cleaners to join our client, a respected independent organisation providing accommodation services across the UK. This is a field-based role covering the Kent area, and applicants must hold a full UK driving licence. You will play an important role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across both occupied and vacant properties. Your work will ensure accommodation is safe, clean, and ready for use by residents and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean all communal areas, offices, toilets, and external spaces to company standards
- Ensure all accommodation is clean, safe, and fit for purpose
- Remove and dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date cleaning records
- Adhere to all company procedures and safety standards
- Carry out additional duties as directed by the Head of Property Services
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential) - DVLA checks will be conducted
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be comfortable working in both occupied and vacant properties
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
