Summary
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Night Warehouse Pickers to join our client’s team in Park Royal. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity with the potential for overtime during busy periods.
PAY: £13.50 p/h plus holiday pay.
Working hours start from 7 PM to 4 AM, and must be flexible to work any 5/7 days.
Responsibilities:
-Navigate through the warehouse aisles to locate the products listed on the order pick list.
-Follow any instructions (e.g., batch picking, prioritising high-value orders) while picking products.
-Ensure the correct quantity and condition of items are picked.
-After locating the product, scan it again to update the system that the item has been selected.
-Place picked items in appropriate boxes, bags, or containers.
-Use the scanner to ensure that the right labels and shipping information are applied.
-Keep work areas organized, ensuring that picking bins and shelves are neatly stocked and easy to access.
-Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and handling of goods.
-Report any issues related to missing products, damaged goods, or system errors to the supervisor or warehouse manager.
-Review and understand the daily pick list, which includes customer orders or stock replenishments.
-Be adaptable and ready to assist in other warehouse duties as required to support warehouse operations.
Requirements:
-Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
-Ability to work night shifts and flexible hours.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
-Ability to lift and move items as needed.
-Comfortable with using a scanner.
-Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
-Reliability and punctuality are essential.
-Must be able to follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
