Are you an experienced and proactive Reporting and Systems Developer looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a talented individual to join our Management Information Systems (MIS) team at Inspire Education Group. In this pivotal role, you will be a part of the team that develops, implements, and maintains business intelligence reports and systems that enable the College Group to maximise performance and effectively utilise resources.
As a member of the Reporting and Systems function, you will utilise your expertise in tools such as SSRS and Power BI to deliver insightful and impactful reports. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the College to provide timely, accurate, and accessible data, ensuring our systems are innovative, user-focused, and secure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards to enable the College Group to maximise performance and monitor the utilisation of resources
• Review, develop and implement systems and processes to support students, staff and other stakeholders as part of the MIS Reporting and Systems Development team, ensuring that processes are streamlined, administration is minimised and accurate data is captured once
• Develop and implement performance, quality, and business systems and software in order to meet Group quality, efficiency and compliance objectives
• Collaborate with the Group Director of MIS and the Reporting and Systems Team to plan and implement system improvements within all student data management products (i.e. One Advanced, Drake Lane, etc) and existing related systems to ensure sector best practice performance in systems
You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues, students and stakeholders both internally and externally.
