Summary
We are currently searching for an experienced Caretaker to join an established business in Warwick.
As a Caretaker you will be looking after soft and hard services and you will have an assistant to support with daily duties. You will have full responsibility for the department and will manage all projects. The role will include managing all contractor works and scheduling work as required.
We are looking to speak with experienced Caretakers who are experienced within the building trade. Applicants will ideally have some HSE qualifications and have worked with listed buildings.

The salary for the role is around £40k with a generous benefits package which includes seasonal and yearly bonuses, up to 40 days holiday and a range of competitions, sporting events and incentive schemes.
The working week is Monday to Friday contracted to 37 hours with overtime paid at a premium. Some out of hours work may be required to secure premises.
