We’re looking to recruit a Head of Talent Acquisition but not just any HR professional! As a senior member of the HR function, the Head of Talent Acquisition will lead and develop their team, drive digital and inclusive resourcing practices, and act as a subject matter expert on all aspects of talent acquisition.
The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead the organisation’s strategic resourcing efforts, ensuring we attract, recruit, and retain the best talent, the key responsibilities include:
*Lead outreach and attraction efforts to build a diverse talent pipeline that reflects the needs of the organisation and the communities we serve
*Design and implement internal mobility programs to facilitate career progression, secondments, and internal transfers within the organisation
*Ensure that workforce planning incorporates diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, ensuring the organisation’s workforce is reflective of the communities it serves
*Ensure inclusive recruitment practices are embedded in every stage of the process, from advertising to onboarding, to attract and retain a diverse workforce
The ideal Head of Talent Acquisition will be someone who:
*Accredited in CIPD Level 5 (or higher) or willing to work towards it.
*Proven experience in a senior talent acquisition, resourcing, or workforce mobility role.
*Extensive experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
*Strong understanding and experience with safer recruitment practices and maintaining compliance with safeguarding standards.
*Proven track record of developing and implementing successful internal mobility programs, including succession planning and secondments.
