We are hiring two Digital Project Managers, experienced in delivering large-scale cyber security projects to join our community of tech experts in DWP Digital.

It's a complex and varied stakeholder environment, so you'll lead by example in managing senior relationships, taking ownership and influencing at Director level.

You'll promote a positive culture within the team. This looks like mentorship and coaching, as well as managing dynamics. You'll also take responsibility for your own learning and development in project management practise, digital frameworks and technologies in an increasingly agile environment.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need? How will this be assessed?

Technical Statement:

  • Can demonstrate experience of taking full responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of large-scale complex projects, utilising internal and external suppliers.

Personal Statement:

  • Have managed multiple projects that include significant digital and Cybersecurity delivery.
  • Ensures that effective project control, change control, risk management and testing processes are maintained, responding to what the data is telling them appropriately.
  • Understands the environment and can prioritise the most important or highest value tasks, using data to inform planning decisions and managing complex internal and external dependencies.
  • Communicate with others in a clear, honest and enthusiastic way to build trust. Explain complex issues in a way that is easy to understand and influence Senior level decision making.

Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face to face in a hub.

Pay: We offer competitive pay of up to £66,058.
