Summary
The Bristol Urology Institute are looking to appoint a Clinical Fellow to work primarily at the Weston General Hospital site.
It is desirable that candidates have experience and familiarity with UK hospital systems and practices or equivalent.
Please note that North Bristol Trust will not pay any interview or relocation expenses.
The postholder will be expected to:
• Manage urological inpatients on the ward as well as their pre-admission care as part of a team of 4 resident doctors (Weston).
• Manage urological emergencies as part of an on-call team.
Learn operative skills through participation in daycase theatre lists as well as assisting in inpatient lists.
• Take advantage of the urology outpatient department, through attending clinics.
• On call rota as required.

The Urology Department at North Bristol runs out of two hospitals, the main hospital site in Bristol – Southmead Hospital - and a district hospital in Weston-super-Mare - Weston General Hospital. The holder of this post will be mainly based at Weston General Hospital.
