We're looking for Project Managers and Commissioning Engineers to oversee major new-build, commercial, and mixed-use developments across London, with occasional travel outside the M25.

The Role:

As a BMS Project Manager, you'll deliver end-to-end solutions for controlling building environments by overseeing the installation and upgrade of state-of-the-art BMS technology. You'll collaborate with engineers and clients to ensure efficient and compliant building automation systems.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Project Management or Engineering experience in FM, BMS, or Building Automation

✅ Strong understanding of smart building, IoT, and automation systems

✅ Proven skills in cost forecasting, project scheduling, and client communication

✅ Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and manage teams independently

✅ Familiarity with building regulations, health & safety standards

✅ M&E Managers or Commissioning Managers with limited BMS experience welcome - training provided
