Are you an experienced Sales Ledger professional looking for a new opportunity in a fast-paced and growing business?
We are recruiting for a Part Time Sales Ledger Clerk to join a thriving company. Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will play a key role in managing the Part Time Sales Ledger, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
What’s on Offer?
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Hours: 3 days a week (can be flexible)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum pro rata
Pension Scheme
Key Responsibilities:
Generate invoices across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles
Process invoices for various cost centers
Handle inter-company recharges
Resolve invoice queries and respond to related enquiries
The Ideal Candidate:
A detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of Sales Ledger processes
Proficiency in IT systems and finance software
A proactive and organised approach to work
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve invoice queries efficiently
Experience working in a fast-paced finance environment
