Summary
Fabric Engineer (Multiskilled) in London
Duties & Responsibilities
Delivering hard services planned PPM programme to include all statutory maintenance as per legal requirements.
Respond to all reactive Fabric works as per direction from the helpdesk and hard Services Manager
Assist and respond to non fabric reactive works as per requirement of the hard services manager and the contract requirements.
Assist in project planning, estimation and stock control of critical fabric spares
Work to the site specific Rams for the contract and as detailed within your safety briefings. Work as part of team to deliver the highest cleaning standards for the client.
Maintain a high customer service standards, working alongside the client and the teams.
