The Role
As a Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to deliver support both in lessons and through small group and 1-2-1 interventions. Your role will be focused on helping children reach academic targets, boosting confidence, and ensuring all pupils are engaged in their learning. You will be helping to boost attainment and inspire a love for learning.

This role is ideal for a graduate who is enthusiastic, reliable, and looking to kickstart their career working in schools. Ideally you will be looking to gain experience prior to applying for your PGCE / teacher training.
