Summary

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Managing Director (MD). Acting as a key partner, you will manage their schedule, oversee administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, reconcile expenses, arrange travel, and streamline workflow.

You will be the MD’s primary point of contact, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth daily operations. A vital aspect of the role involves attending meetings, taking detailed notes, initiating actions on the MD’s behalf, and proactively handling follow-up tasks.

Key responsibilities include managing communications, preparing reports, coordinating board meetings, handling confidential information, and liaising with stakeholders. You will also facilitate executive decision-making, conduct industry research, and support business objectives across departments.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in executive support or other relevant administrative support. Strong organisational and communication skills, discretion, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential. You should be highly adaptable, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This role is for 37 hours hours per week, but to ensure flexibility and promote an inclusive work place part time hours or a job share agreement will be considered.
