Summary
Installation Supervisors
Pay: £333.37 per day inside ir35.
Shifts: Nights with posible day work. .
Location: Glasgow.

Qualification: SMSTS, CSCS or other relevant construction and Management qualification.
Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the workflow of their teams and sub-contractors, ensuring efficient task allocation, staff support, performance monitoring, and reporting to senior management. Their key duties include:
Project Coordination & Workflow Management:
• Assign tasks to teams and sub-contractors.
• Monitor work progress and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
Team & Sub-Contractor Management:
• Provide guidance and problem-solving support to teams and sub-contractors.
• Conduct inductions for new staff, including training and policy briefings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
• Track individual and team performance, conducting appraisals and performance reviews.
• Offer training and development support to enhance team efficiency.
• Report work progress, upcoming tasks, and process changes to construction management.
