A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF
I am a 14 year old girl living in the Treherbert area of RCT. I live with my Mum, Dad, brothers and our dog Lola. I love all outdoor activities especially Fair Rides and Parks but when it’s raining I enjoy Bowling, Swimming and Trampolining. I have SynGap 1 along with Global Delay Disorder. I would like a PA to support me in the community and take me to activities of my choice which will allow me to gain more independence. I already have one PA, this position is to support me on the weekend.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The purpose of the job is to take me out in the community.
HOURS OF WORK
6 hours per week
This job will be 1:1
Weekend work only
RATES OF PAY
£13.20 per hour
Plus mileage allowance (when applicable)
TASKS INVOLVED
Taking me to activities
Ensure I am safe at all times
Encourage my independence
Weekend work
TYPE OF PERSON REQUIRED

ABOUT THE JOB
This will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted. A trial period of six months will be necessary in the first instance. The wage will be paid four-weekly on return of a payslip provided by the Centre for Independent Living. You will receive appropriate holidays and holiday pay. This post is subject to an enhanced police check (DBS) and training may be required if identified by the employer.
