Where will you be working?
M Group Water
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure - We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing?
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of all planned work, making sure teams arrive at each job on time and ready to deliver. You’ll prioritize tasks effectively, allocating the right resources to each site in a safe and logical way.
Your planning skills will shine as you manage orders within client SLA deadlines, while optimizing travel time and boosting team productivity. Ensuring exceptional service to both internal and external customers will be at the heart of what you do, leaving a lasting impression with excellent customer satisfaction.
Using client systems in real time, you’ll assign work promptly and ensure all operations are created, assigned, and accurately recorded. As a positive force within the team, you’ll provide constructive feedback, tackle challenges with solutions, and help drive improvements.
Safety will always be a top priority, and you’ll diligently report any issues in line with company procedures.
The Scheduler position is to work various shift patterns covering between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday and weekends between 7am and 4pm.
