Our client based in Burton Joyce is looking to add a Despatch Operative to their existing team.
As a Despatch Operative, your duties and responsibilities will vary on the Company’s requirements, but will include:
• Loading of product into the appropriate vehicles.
• Preparing and bagging products ready for despatching.
• Ensuring products are being despatched to the highest standard and taking samples before distributed,
• Completed paperwork and general housekeeping as required.
• Any other ad hoc duties as required by Management.
To be considered for the role of Despatch Operative you
• Must be able to prioritise the workload.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Have a good level of literacy and numeracy.
• Be flexible with working hours.
• Be able to work in a small team, and also on your own.
• Previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous although training will be provided where necessary.
FLT Reach or Counterbalance external licence is essential.
Working 48 hours per week 6am – 4pm Monday to Thursday and 6am – 2pm on Fridays. Free onsite Parking, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays - Pension scheme
